Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India. If your pin code doesn't come up at checkout, it means we haven't been able to service that area yet — feel free to reach out and we'll let you know if that's likely to change soon.

Orders are typically packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Orders above ₹499 ship free. Below that, a flat shipping fee is added at checkout — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Once your order ships, most metro cities receive it within 3–5 business days. Smaller towns and more remote pin codes can take a little longer, usually 5–8 business days. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees — occasional delays happen, especially around festivals or extreme weather.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track My Order page.

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after reasonable attempts — say, nobody was available at the address, or the address was incomplete — the order is usually returned to us. We'll reach out to arrange redelivery or a refund, whichever works better for you.

If something about your delivery doesn't look right, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
